(Nasdaq: ALFUU) (the “Company”) announced that holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of 28,750,000 units, which includes 3,750,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their overallotment option, completed on June 12, 2024 (the “Offering”), may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units commencing on or about August 1, 2024. Any units not separated will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ALFUU,” and each of the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will separately trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols “ALF” and “ALFUW,” respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.

NEW YORK, June 10, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Centurion Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and will trade under the ticker symbol “ALFUU” beginning on June 11, 2024. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants will be exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “ALF” and “ALFUW,” respectively.
